KSM Capital Advisors provides integrated and comprehensive solutions to the wealth management needs of high net worth families and select institutions. We are an Indianapolis-based registered investment advisor offering comprehensive investment advisory and wealth management services customized to the specific goals of our clients. Our approach in serving clients is multidisciplinary, combining expertise in investments, taxation, and financial and estate planning.
We are seeking candidates for an Office Administrator on our growing team!
.Duties include continued development of processes and procedures, software review, implementation of CRM system, review and evaluation of new portfolio performance software, employee management and career development, and creation of orientation, training and employee evaluation programs tailored to KSMCA.
.Articulate key management goals and firm culture to employees.
.Assist with financial management of the practice through benchmarking practice financial information to industry standards and trends lines. Recommend changes to practice based on such information.
.Create and execute a consistent focus on marketing and practice growth. Duties include coordinating with KSM marketing department on producing collateral materials, keeping website updated, directing activities designed to result in new client leads and other focused activities to grow the practice.
